Ad spend volume

Bigger ad budgets need more campaigns, more A/B testing, more reporting. We charge a flat fee, not a percentage — but the flat fee scales with the work involved. $1,000/mo ad spend usually fits the $500/mo retainer. $10K/mo ad spend usually fits the $1,500/mo retainer.

Industry complexity

A residential cleaning company has 8–12 high-intent keywords and a clean LSA path. A personal injury law firm has 200+ keywords, a 90-day decision cycle, and competitors spending $200/click. Same retainer, very different workload. We price for the complexity of your vertical.

Scope of services

Just Google Ads management is on the lower end. The full stack (Google Ads + LSA + landing pages + CRO + tracking + monthly reporting + content) is on the higher end. You can start narrow and expand, or start full and trim — same retainer either way.

Why no ad-spend percentage?+

Percentage models punish you for scaling and reward us for spending more — even when that's not the right call. We'd rather get paid the same to save you money on a campaign than profit from running it bigger. Our retainer is flat. Your ad spend is your money. We don't touch it.

What if I just want a one-time engagement, not a retainer?+

We do project-based work for things like landing-page builds ($1,200–$2,500 per page depending on complexity), tracking + GA4 setup ($800 flat), or a 30-day Google Ads launch sprint ($1,800 flat including the first month of management). Email me if you're looking for something specific — most owners end up wanting the retainer, but I'll honestly tell you when project-based is the right call.

How much ad spend should I budget on top of the retainer?+

Local service businesses usually spend $1,000–$5,000/mo on Google Ads to see meaningful lead flow. Below $1,000/mo, the data is too thin to optimize. Above $5,000/mo, you're scaling — and that's when our radar/reporting earns its keep. We'll project this exactly during the scoping call based on your average ticket and close rate.

Do you do brand identity, logo design, social media management?+

It depends on the project. We can take it on as custom work and quote you a flat price after the scoping call — pricing varies based on scope, timeline, and complexity. Our core focus is lead generation (Google Ads, LSA, landing pages, conversion, tracking, SEO), but for the right project we'll bring in trusted designers and producers and bundle it under one transparent quote.

Can I see a real client invoice?+

Yes. On the scoping call I'll share two anonymized invoices — one $500/mo client, one $1,500/mo client — and walk you through exactly what each line item bought them and why. No NDAs needed; the numbers are anonymized but real.
